| Description: We are a family of three - myself (Nicole) and my two beautiful daughters, ages 11 and 9. We also have two sweet cats. I m a single Mom, raising these girlies, and I need some help! During the school year, I have the girls in morning care at the school - so what I need is afternoon support: Helping them through their homework, getting them to activities, and starting dinner for me. During the summers, I need more full time help (though they are in camps for some of the time). My younger daughter has ADHD, and we take a very open, empathetic - behavioral (rewards/consequences) approach to managing it. So, I d love to find someone who understands it and can work closely with me. Both girls are good in school and have many interests. The person I need is supportive, strong (emotionally!), flexible, consistent, responsible, has a sense of humor, loving, organized and well, basically superwoman.
